Each week check in and reflect on our week. We use Google forms to submit and you receive personalised feedback.

Coaching calls are a great tool for us to use. Each week we schedule a call to chat through your week so far and what we have to do to push forward through the rest of the week. This is also great to have actual 1-2-1 contact with me.
