Where to begin....

Where to begin....

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and am on a mission to help people find their new lease of life. Why?

Before becoming a personal trainer I was a musical theatre performer and dancer. And yes the performing industry is full of distorted views of what is a healthy body type. As a 5ft pocket rocket I was of course the shortest girl in the line up and sadly was never the slimmest. Which of course was pointed out to many. My confidence and self esteem slowly disappeared.

Throughout my years of dancing I was always pulled up about how I looked and it has an affect on how you perceive yourself. I was consistently judged on my body and whilst everyone was getting their kit off for photo shoots I was trying to blend into the walls.  After performing on an international tour I soon hung up my professional dance shoes and returned to Dundee to get married.

Covid wasn't having any of it and the global pandemic arrived! I used 2020 to get myself and my body into the best place possible. After seeing the feeling I have now toward my body and my mind I decided to venture into new horizons and help other men and women to discover their new lifestyles and bodies.

Losing weight and focusing my myself not only has improved my body but also increased my confidence and mental health.

I look forward to working with you.

My Fitness Journey

The photo on the left shows my body just after I got back from Barcelona in February 2020. Whilst I was there I had the best time on the beach, going for meals, drinks and doing the tourist things. But how did I feel? Rubbish! My clothes didn't fit and I was buying bigger clothes to hide my figure. Big and baggy was the style I was going for but actually it was to hide how I felt about my body!

I decided whilst lying on the beach feeling like crap that enough was enough! I was getting married this year and I didn't want to look back at photo and be embarrassed or feel awful on my big day. I changed how I looked at food and how I structured my life.

The photo on the right shows my body recently. I am now happy in my skin and work hard towards my body goals. Am I there? Not yet but at you ever? I am fitting into clothes I haven't since dance college and am throwing out those be clothes bigger me bought because I know I will never get to that stage again.

Was it hard? Yes! Did I want to give up? Yes! Was it worth it? 100000%

I am educated. I am stronger. I am happier.

And now I help other women become educated in their bodies and help them get that happy body feeling!

I want to give you the building blocks to a healthier and happier lifestyle!
